Privacy Policy
Oak Bible does not require an account, show advertising, track you, or sell personal information.
Information stored on your device
Your bookmarks, highlights, reading position, settings, and verse notes are stored locally on your device. Oak Bible does not upload this reading data to a developer-operated server. If you export a backup, you choose where that file is saved or shared.
Optional feedback
When you submit feedback in the app or on the support page, Oak Bible receives the message you write and, only if you provide it, your reply email address. The service also receives standard network information such as your IP address. This information is used solely to understand the feedback, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and reply when requested. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
Network access and third parties
Reading and study resources are bundled with the app and work offline. Network access is used only for actions you initiate, such as sending feedback. Apple may process information related to downloading, purchasing, diagnostics, or use of the App Store under Apple’s own privacy policy.
Retention
Optional feedback is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, troubleshoot, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can use Oak Bible without submitting feedback or providing an email address. You can delete locally stored app data by removing the app from your device. To ask about privacy or request deletion of submitted feedback, use the support form or email brian.neradt@gmail.com.
Children
Oak Bible is not designed to collect personal information from children. Please do not submit feedback containing personal information about a child.
